I was recently inspired by this post on “18 before 2018” on the blog Getting to the End, and I decided to do it for myself!
You basically make a list of 18 things to accomplish before the year ends. It’s a great way to refocus on improvement and growth, and gaining new experiences.
I decided to include my own 18 before 2018 goal list in my new bullet journal!
Now, I’m having a baby soon, so I toned it down a little to make my goals actually achievable, but I’m excited for this mid-year “New Year’s Resolution” thing going on.
I wrote (scribbled?) all of my goals down on a separate paper first.
Then I transferred them to my new bullet journal to be super cute and motivational.
Cause sometimes, if it’s not cute, it’s not inspiring.
It’s a little haphazard, which I love.
As you can see, some of my goals are easier than others. I think it’s really important to have a variety of goals. Make sure that some of them are simple to check off, but that others really challenge you.
When I complete the goals, I’m going to color the words, to show they were completed.
Ask me in January if I did them all!
